At Community Kids, we work closely with our families to enhance children’s development and ignite their passion for learning. We operate over 70 childcare and early learning centres, providing long day care and Government-approved Kindergarten and Preschool programs.

Innovative early learning programs

Our passionate teachers and educators deliver the Early Years Learning Framework through Community Kids’ innovative play-based learning program, which covers key curriculum areas.

When it comes to your child, we go beyond core language, literacy and numeracy to also focus on supporting their social and emotional development – including overall resilience.

This is possible thanks to our extended learning program, which spans:

  • Rhythm and Movement for Self-Regulation (RAMSR), an evidence-based program to support children’s executive function and self-regulation

Our early learning centres support busy families

If you work, study or need additional flexibility in their day, you’ll be pleased to know our child care centres offer 9, 10, 11 or 12-hour sessions with nutritionally balanced meals served throughout.

Most of our Community Kids child care centres are conveniently open for extended hours between 7 am and 6pm.

At Community Kids, we’re proud to have talented and qualified teachers and educators at our childcare and early learning centres. Each team member has the backing of G8 Education’s network of national education experts to ensure your child receives quality childcare and early education.

Each day, we set out to foster your child’s agency, curiosity, and learning through active indoor and outdoor play. Our age-appropriate environments adhere to strict safety standards, so you and your child feel safe, secure, and supported throughout their journey.

Making family and community a priority

We’re all about forming strong partnerships with families. This means regular one-on-one conversations with your child’s lead educator, invitations to attend centre showcases of your child’s learning, as well as meet and greets with other families. You can also keep track of your child’s journey day to day via our family communication app.

Nutritionally balanced meals are all sorted

We want every child to receive healthy, nourishing meals at our Community Kids early learning centres to support their growth. Meals are prepared on-site and we accommodate dietary needs and allergies.
